The service

ParkWelly is a marketplace that introduces drivers seeking monthly, daily or hourly parking to hosts with private spaces, and manages booking, payment and support for those arrangements. ParkWelly is not a car park operator and does not own or control listed spaces.

Bookings

Monthly passes have a minimum term of one month unless the listing states a longer one; any longer minimum is shown on the listing and in the booking form before you book, and is paid up front. Passes renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, which for any multi-month term is the end of that term. Daily and hourly bookings are one-off and are governed by the cancellation policy rather than by renewal. Hosts may decline requests and pause listings; active bookings continue to their term.

Payments

Prices are set by hosts and shown inclusive of any platform fee before booking. Payments are collected in advance for the term chosen: monthly for a rolling monthly pass, or as a single payment for any multi-month term. Daily and hourly bookings are paid in full when the booking is confirmed. Where card payment is not yet available, bank transfer with manual confirmation applies.

Content and conduct

Before posting a listing, photo, review, message or other content, you must agree to these terms. Only post content you have the right to share, and keep it relevant and accurate. Do not post illegal material, sexual content, child exploitation, hate speech, threats, harassment, scams, spam, impersonation or another person's private information without permission. Do not encourage violence or dangerous acts.

Use the report controls on listings, reviews and messages to report content or its author. You can block an account from its listing or review, or from a booking conversation. Blocking hides that account's content and prevents new messages and bookings between you; it does not cancel an existing booking. You can manage blocked accounts in Account. Reports are sent to our support and administrator review queue. We may hold or remove content, restrict an account or suspend access where these terms are breached. Automated checks flag some objectionable content for review. Booking messages are not routinely filtered or redacted, and a report does not guarantee removal. If you disagree with an action, contact us to request a review.

Responsibilities

Hosts confirm they are entitled to let their space. Drivers park at their own risk and remain responsible for their vehicle and its insurance. Both parties agree to use the space as described and treat each other reasonably.

Bookings introduced by ParkWelly

For bookings introduced through the platform, both parties agree to keep the arrangement on the platform for its duration. We aim to make that the easy choice rather than the enforced one.
