Once the host accepts your request and your first payment is confirmed. Before that you see the area, the walk time and photos.
Raise a replacement request from your dashboard. It goes to a human immediately and finding you an alternative becomes our job. We do not leave you circling.
By monthly card payment. While we finish rolling out card payments in your area, your first month may be by bank transfer with our team confirming activation.
A driveway, garage, or private off-street bay you control and are entitled to let. We verify every listing before it goes live.

Founding hosts pay no platform fees for their first six months. After that, fees are modest and always shown before you commit to anything.
Depending on your property you may need permission from a freeholder, landlord or mortgage provider, and income may be taxable. We provide annual earnings statements to make that simple, but the responsibility sits with you.
Vehicles remain insured by their owners and parking is at the owner's risk, as with any private parking arrangement. We do not currently offer our own protection products and will not claim to until they are real.
We would rather earn your renewal than trap you. The platform handles payment, receipts, replacements and support; most people find that worth keeping.
