ParkWelly is the local, people-powered alternative to expensive traditional parking. We turn spare residential space, the driveways, garages and private bays that sit empty most of the day, into useful, bookable parking for the people who need it most.

Drivers get a reliable space near the places they actually go: stations, hospitals, workplaces and their own front doors. Hosts get predictable income from space they already own. Neighbourhoods get fewer circling cars and a little more room.

What we stand for

• Fair value and transparency. One clear price agreed up front, set by your host and shown in full before you book. No surge pricing, no hidden extras.
• Verified and vetted. Every listing is checked by our team before it goes live, and every booking runs through the platform: payment, receipts, statements and support.
• A challenger, politely. Our argument is with opaque pricing and impersonal operators, never with hosts, drivers or local communities.

Where we are

We started in London, one neighbourhood at a time, on the view that opening a small area properly beats spreading thinly across a city. London is still where most of our drivers are, and it is where the deepest supply sits.

We now cover the rest of the country too: city centres from Manchester and Liverpool to Edinburgh, Cardiff and Bristol, the towns around them, and the airports where parking costs the most and hurts the worst. The rule has not changed. A place gets a page here when there are real spaces on it, not before.
