When do I get the exact address?
Once the host accepts your request and payment is confirmed. Before that you see the area, walk time and photos.
Can I cancel a monthly pass?
Any time, to the end of the period you have already paid for. No exit fees, no questions.
What if my space becomes unavailable?
Tell us and finding a replacement becomes our job. Those requests go straight to a human and are treated as urgent.
What does listing a space cost?
Founding hosts pay no platform fees for six months. After that, fees stay modest and are always shown before you commit.
