Account details you give us (name, email, phone), listing details from hosts (address, photos, price), booking details from drivers (vehicle registration, start date), and payment records. Waitlist signups store only the email and destination you provide.
To run the marketplace: matching, verification, payment, receipts and support. Exact addresses are shared with a driver only once a booking is confirmed. We do not sell personal data.
Data is stored on our own infrastructure in the EU. Payment card details, where card payment is enabled, are handled by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us. Deleting an account keeps only records we must retain for tax and accounting.
