Less than 5 minutes walk to Lancashire County Cricket Club (Emirates Old Trafford) and Old Trafford tram stop for direct Metrolink services to the City Centre (10 min journey to Deansgate). 15/20 minute walk to the away end at Old Trafford, Manchester United Football Club. Quiet and safe residential area where your vehicle will be secure with an easy get-away after the match to main road and motorway links (M60 Manchester Outer Ring Road is a 5-10 minute drive traffic permitting). Permit parking required on the street so your car will never be blocked from getting out. I am usually about on a Saturday afternoon or match day so if you need directions, feel free to knock on and ask, happy to answer text messages too. Firswood Quadrant is a 2 minute walk from the house where there is a pub, off-licences, cafes and local shops for amenities.
