Walking distance to West Road Concert Hall & the Grange Road Rugby ground - 20 mins. When walking to town, use the Coton footpath it is quicker than via Madingley Rd - 25 mins walk. For town: From the house, turn left, then left again. At the little ramp/bridge, turn left onto the footpath and stay straight past the University Library and directly into town. Tip for drivers: Clerk Maxwell Road just before entering Perry court , is often empty at weekends so you can park there for free - during the day only.
