Half a mile to the sandy beaches of Boscombe in Bournemouth, Dorset, and 10 mins to Boscombe Pier, Urban Reef and the Coastal Activity Park. 1 mile to AFC Bournemouth's football ground. Perfect for a weekend by the sea and of course the Bournemouth Air Show. It is gated and can be closed depending on timing and availability.
