St James's is the wedge between Piccadilly and The Mall, and it is Westminster CPZ A from end to end. The private members clubs along Pall Mall and St James's Street have no parking to offer, the streets are metered and closely watched, and the few spaces behind the Georgian frontages are let quietly and rarely advertised.

The offices around St James's Square and Jermyn Street keep weekday hours, and Green Park and Piccadilly Circus are both a few minutes on foot. A monthly space here is usually bought by somebody who works in the area four or five days a week and has given up on the meters.
